RunHarvester is operated by Isentró Kft, registered at 1082 Budapest, Corvin sétány 6, 8th floor, unit 4, Hungary. Depending on the service relationship, we may act as a controller or process customer data under a written agreement.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, authentication records, account settings, roles, and organization details.
- Billing status, plan, credit balance, invoices, payment-provider references, and tax-related information. We do not intend to store full card numbers or private wallet keys.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, API usage, audit events, error reports, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Collection configuration and operational data such as URLs, domains, queries, schedules, selectors, rules, proxy settings, job status, logs, and result metadata.

Customers choose the sources, URLs, queries, rules, and data processed through RunHarvester. Customers are responsible for ensuring that collection is lawful, proportionate, and consistent with applicable notices, permissions, contracts, and rights.
Do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, authorized, and protected by an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
Sharing and service providers
We may use hosting, storage, proxy, authentication, email, analytics, monitoring, support, security, and payment providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to applicable contractual safeguards.
